Physical Conditioning

Our new Physical Conditioning Manager Josh Philpot has put together some programs for those wanting to get into shape in the lead up to the pre-season proper. Whether you want to get into the gym and throw some tin, or you'd rather do a circuit at home, or just do some stretching, download the programs listed below. 2010 Training Programme

Training during the season rotates between the Uni Main and PP1.
During the week before a home game, Tuesday will be at PP1 and Thursday on the Uni Main.
During the week before an away game, Tuesday will be on the Uni Main and Thursday on PP1.
