Xmas Training Program

If, like me, you plan to eat Christmas lunch leftovers in front of the Boxing Day test for a solid week, then you might be interested in the following program which, if followed religiously, will ensure your pant-size remains steady over the break.

There are five weeks between now and 30th January so you should get in two repeats of the first two weeks.

Core also needs to be included for 15min blocks during each of the weight sessions.
