Hearty congratulations from all at the Blacks to John Kosch, Mark Bolton and Jordan Foster on their selection in the VAFA representative squads.

 

John and Mark have been included in the senior squad to play AFL Sydney though unfortunately Mark has withdrawn from the squad due to injury. We wish Koschy well leading up to selection for the big game at Elsternwick Park on June 13. Hopefully the selectors will cast an eye over the classic Black Bear photo of JK kicking on the run in the Hampton game – symmetry, poise and grace personified.

 

Jordan has been selected for the Under 21 squad that will travel to Southport to play AFL Queensland U21 on June 12. Selection in this squad follows up Jordan’s nomination as the VAFA Rising Star for Round 1 so it’s been a cracking first few weeks in the competition for the Wagga Wagga boy.
