Aside from the three training sessions on the Main in December, an abundance of fitness sessions will run throughout the summer and are in full swing right now. There is an intrepid leader for each activity as detailed below. All are encouraged to get along to plenty of sessions, with variety being the spice of life. The sessions are running now and finer details can be confirmed with the leader listed below.
