Melbourne University Blacks Football Club
The Uni Blacks, who play in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), are based at the University of Melbourne, in Parkville, Victoria, Australia. The Blacks field senior, reserve, thirds, under 19 (premier division) and club XVIII sides.

Glorious day with two glorious early results, a pity the main game wasn’t the same, but they’re called practice matches for a reason and as mother hound would always say “you learn most from your mistakes”. Take nothing away from Ye Olde though, they were polished and will be a formidable outfit in 09.

Get along to the Pavvy post training Thursday night for a good old sausage sizzle. $10 Full time employed, $5 everyone else. Post this we'll be heading to the Turf Club for a few beverages with the ladies of the University Netball Club.

From now on, training will be on the normal season days of Tuesday and Thursday. Continue to meet at the Pavilion by 6:30pm. From Tuesday 24 March onwards, we will have access to the Main again, so we will be back to the usual Main/PP1 rotation that will continue throughout the season. Remember to keep checking the column on the right hand side of this home page for up-to-date training information.
